This PR improves the documentation for the Physics domain, specifically focusing on Fluid Dynamics and Statistical Mechanics.

Changes

  • Visual Voids Filled: Added Mermaid diagrams for Conservation Laws (Fluids) and Phase Transitions (Stat Mech).
  • Blank Pages Filled: Added "Quick Start" runnable examples for PipeFlowClassifier and SpinLattice.
  • Module Discovery: Updated physics/mod.rs to list all available modules, fixing "Rot".
  • Front Door: Updated the crate README to reflect the improved docs.

Why

To bridge the gap between code and concept, ensuring users can understand the "Physics of Flow" and "Micro-Macro Connection" without reading the raw source.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 230023849865340524 started by @fderuiter

- Update `math_explorer/src/physics/mod.rs` to include all submodules in the documentation.
- Overhaul `math_explorer/src/physics/fluid_dynamics/mod.rs` with conservation laws diagram and Reynolds number example.
- Overhaul `math_explorer/src/physics/stat_mech/mod.rs` with Ising model phase transition diagram and simulation example.
- Update `math_explorer/README.md` to highlight Statistical Mechanics.
- Add entry to `.jules/curator.md`.
